Ordering & Payment

Browse our everyday menu or catering & grazing menu, add items to your cart, then head to checkout. You'll choose pickup or delivery, then pay online to confirm.
Card, Amex, and Apple Pay where available. For catering orders, you can choose to pay a 50% deposit to confirm, or pay in full upfront — your choice at checkout.
Only for catering and grazing orders — a 50% deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due on pickup or delivery. Everyday menu orders (breakfast, lunch, drinks) are paid in full at checkout.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled date get a full refund of whatever you've paid. Within 48 hours, the amount paid covers food and kitchen time already committed and isn't refundable — except if we need to cancel on our end, in which case you always get a full refund. Catering & Grazing

We need at least 7 days' notice for catering and grazing box orders, so we can plan and source fresh ingredients properly. The earliest available date is automatically shown when you check out.
For pickup, catering and grazing orders need to total at least $100. There's no minimum for delivery orders, though our standard delivery fee applies to orders under $100 (see Delivery below).
Yes — head to Build Your Own Box to choose your own meats, cheeses, crackers and sweets, sized to your group.
Yes — for anything beyond our standard grazing boxes (weddings, large corporate events, custom menus), use our custom quote form and our team will be in touch.

Delivery & Pickup

We deliver anywhere — free within 20km of our Donnybrook kitchen. Beyond that, it's $1 per km past the 20km mark. Enter your address at checkout for an exact quote and distance.
Catering/grazing orders under our $100 minimum can still be delivered (just not picked up) — a standard $25 delivery fee applies within 20km in that case, instead of free delivery.
Yes — pickup is available for both everyday menu orders and catering (catering pickup needs the $100 minimum spend). You'll choose pickup or delivery at checkout.
We'll text or email you the moment it's ready. You can also check progress any time on our Track Order page using your order number.

Table Bookings

Table sessions are 90 minutes. You'll get a friendly reminder text as your session wraps up.
Yes — when you book a table, you can optionally pre-order from the menu so it's ready when you arrive.
We're a home-kitchen-grown catering business, currently taking catering and grazing box orders. Our physical cafe storefront at 4 Bittern Road, Donnybrook is opening soon — sign up on our Rewards page to be notified the moment we do.

Dietary & Allergens

Yes — every relevant menu item is clearly tagged Vegetarian (V), Vegan (VE) or Gluten-Free (GF). You can also filter the whole menu by dietary need using the filter chips near the top.
All non-pork meats used across our everyday menu are halal-certified. Items containing pork or alcohol-based ingredients are excluded from our Halal tag — you can filter the menu by Halal using the filter chips.
Every menu item lists known allergens. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we can't guarantee any dish is completely free from allergens, since everything is made in a shared kitchen. Please let our staff know about any allergy when ordering.

Gift Vouchers

No — our gift vouchers have no expiry pressure. Redeem them whenever you're ready, for breakfast, lunch, or a grazing box.
Enter your voucher code at checkout — the balance is applied automatically. If there's any balance left over, it stays on the voucher for next time.
Yes — look up any voucher by its code on the Gift Vouchers page to see its current remaining balance.

Rewards

Add our card to Apple, Google or Samsung Wallet from the Rewards page — no app to download. Collect a stamp with every coffee (6th one's free), and earn a point per dollar spent. Reach 200 points for $10 off.
Yes — sign up on the Rewards page to get your own referral code. When a friend signs up using it, you both earn a free treat on your next visit.
Yes — pop in your birthday when you sign up for Rewards, and we'll text or email you a free treat each year on the day.
