When you make a booking or place a catering order through our website, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, and delivery address. If you subscribe to updates, we store your email address only.
We do not collect payment card details directly — payment is handled securely through your chosen payment method at time of deposit collection.
Your personal information is used to:

✦ Send confirmation emails and SMS notifications
✦ Contact you about your booking, delivery details or any changes
✦ Send promotional updates if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
We share your information only where necessary to deliver our services. This includes our SMS notification provider (Twilio) for booking confirmations and our email service (Gmail). We do not share your information with any other third parties.
Booking and order data may be stored in our secure Google Workspace (Sheets). Cart and subscription data is stored locally in your browser via localStorage and is never transmitted to our servers unless you complete a checkout.
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to request its correction or deletion. To exercise these rights, contact us at foodielovecatering@gmail.com.

Terms & Conditions
50% deposit required
All orders and bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm. No deposit = no booking.
48-hour cancellation
Cancel more than 48 hours before your booking for a full deposit refund.
Free delivery over $150
Delivery is free for catering orders over $150 within our service area.
Advise allergies
Please inform us of all allergies at time of ordering. We handle all common allergens.
All catering orders and table bookings are subject to availability. By placing an order or booking through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm any catering order or table booking. Orders and bookings without a deposit will not be accepted, prepared or held. The remaining 50% balance is payable on the day of delivery or the event.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the delivery or booking date are eligible for a full deposit refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date forfeit the deposit. This covers the cost of food preparation and kitchen time already committed to your order.
If we need to cancel your order due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund.
We deliver to Donnybrook and surrounding Melbourne suburbs. Delivery is free for orders over $150. For orders under $150, a delivery fee may apply — this will be confirmed when your order is placed. Delivery times are confirmed upon order placement and are subject to availability.
Table sessions are 75 minutes. We ask that guests arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce your dining time. Tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past your booking time.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to modify a booking. Modifications are subject to availability.
While we make every effort to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please advise us of all allergies at the time of ordering — we will do our best to accommodate you safely.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of order placement is the price charged for that order.
